Gissel is a highly accomplished Florida Realtor and Broker Associate with LPT Realty. As the founder of The Resilient Home Group, she’s known as a Top Producer in the Central Florida Real Estate Market, consistently delivering exceptional results for her clients.
Originally from the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, NY, Gissel’s journey is one of resilience, grit, and transformation. A former single mom who once lived paycheck to paycheck, Gissel was able to purchase her first home during one of the most financially challenging times in her life. That experience ignited her passion for helping first-time homebuyers especially helping renters realize that homeownership is possible, even when it feels out of reach. She’s now on a mission to educate and guide others through that same empowering journey.
Having relocated from New York City to Florida herself, Gissel also specializes in relocation and understands the challenges and opportunities that come with making a big move. Whether clients are purchasing their first home, investing in real estate, or selling their property for maximum profit, Gissel is there to hold their hand every step of the way.
Today, Gissel is happily married and the proud mom of a teenager and a one-year-old son, Noah. She’s also a devoted dog mom to Rocky. When she’s not negotiating deals or guiding clients through the home buying and selling process, you can find her exploring new destinations, cooking, trying new restaurants, or staying active with cycling and strength training at the gym.

Victor Ortega

Originally from Puerto Rico, Victor is a proud United States Marine Corps Veteran and Central Florida Real Estate Professional with The Resilient Home Group. After completing his military service, Victor chose Central Florida as the place to begin his civilian life, drawn by the opportunity to live near family and build a future in a community he now proudly serves.
Victor’s passion for Real Estate grew from his own experience as a Veteran. Like many service members, he was initially unaware of the powerful homeownership benefits available through the VA Loan Program, including the opportunity for qualified Veterans to purchase a home with no down payment. After personally using a VA Loan to purchase two homes, Victor made it his mission to ensure that other veterans understand the benefits they have earned and feel confident using them. He has since helped many veterans purchase their first homes and begin building long term stability and wealth through Real Estate.
Victor specializes in serving Veterans, Active Duty service members, First Time Homebuyers, and families relocating to Central Florida. His clients value his availability, clear communication, and commitment to answering questions throughout every stage of the process. Whether representing a buyer or seller, Victor works diligently to negotiate favorable terms, protect his clients’ interests, and make each Real Estate journey as smooth and stress free as possible.
